As a leader, manager, CEO, business owner, What has been your greatest challenge?
I asked a senior employee this question of a medium sized company who said,
“Not having the support to be able to make good daily decisions in my job”
With rise in interest rates, petrol hikes, so many employee changes, product & supplies issues, inflation and more, it is very easy for us to feel like we are not coping!
It’s right now though, we need to take ACTION, look at what are your strengths & take advantage of the opportunities of what is in front of us.
