Presenter: Raewyn Mai

Raewyn is a Wellness Specialist she works with corporate groups and businesses presenting on having healthier lifestyles. She is a Health and Wellbeing Consultant and has Lifestyle programs personally tailored to you. She has managed a national company, a national organisation and departments at University.

She provides strategies for mental health illness, how to prioritise yourself, your life and workload. As well as the importance of looking after your skin health and your gut health.
